These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mori AI mobile application ("Service"), owned and operated by Mori AI ("Mori AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. DISCLAIMER REGARDING MEDICAL ADVICE (CRITICAL)

Mori AI is a lifestyle tracking and informational tool. It is NOT a medical device.

• No Medical Advice: The data, scores, projections (e.g., Speed of Aging, Projected Lifespan), and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Consult a Physician: Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or health objectives. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Service.
• Accuracy: The scores are based on self-reported data and weighted algorithms derived from published longevity research; they are estimates and should not be treated as clinical results.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

A. Subscription Terms

Mori AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Annual, Monthly). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your account at the recurring interval.

B. Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

C. Payments and Price Changes

All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Mori AI reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

D. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Subscription Settings. Mori AI does not process refunds directly; all refund requests must be handled through Apple.

E. Restoration of Purchases

You can restore your subscription on a new device or a new installation by using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app's settings.
